SleepSpeak™ Terms & Conditions

1. About SleepSpeak™

SleepSpeak™ is a Spanish-learning audio product designed to make Spanish part of your relaxation and bedtime routine. SleepSpeak™ combines conversational Spanish, listening, repetition, guided relaxation and hypnotic-style techniques.

SleepSpeak™ is an educational product. It is not medical treatment, hypnotherapy or healthcare advice, and we do not guarantee any particular language-learning outcome.

2. The 7-Night Spanish Experience

Your initial purchase is the SleepSpeak™ 7-Night Spanish Experience for US$7.

You receive immediate access to one approximately 15-minute Spanish audio experience designed to be repeated nightly for seven nights.

3. Your SleepSpeak™ subscription

Your US$7 purchase starts a subscription.

Unless you cancel before the next payment becomes due, after your introductory seven nights your subscription automatically continues with SleepSpeak™ Wave One for US$14.99.

After that, you will be charged US$14.99 every 30 days and receive the next available SleepSpeak™ Wave until you cancel.

Each Wave consists of one approximately 30-minute audio experience designed to be repeated nightly for 30 nights.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Automatic payments

By purchasing the 7-Night Spanish Experience, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the US$7 initial purchase and subsequent subscription payments described above until you cancel.

Your payment information is processed by our payment provider. SleepSpeak™ does not receive or store your complete card details.

5. Cancelling

You may cancel your SleepSpeak™ subscription at any time to prevent future subscription charges.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the secure Stripe customer portal:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents the next scheduled subscription charge.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not reverse a payment for digital content that has already been supplied.

You will continue to have access to digital content already supplied to you subject to these Terms.

6. Digital content and refunds

SleepSpeak™ is digital content supplied electronically.

Where permitted by applicable law, when requesting immediate access to purchased digital content you may be asked to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and acknowledge any effect that immediate supply has on a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, not supplied as promised, or you otherwise have a right to a remedy under applicable consumer law, please contact hello@getsleepspeak.com.

7. Access and personal use

Your purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Unless permitted by law or authorised by us, you must not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly share or commercially exploit SleepSpeak™ audio, scripts, graphics or other content.

8. Intellectual property

SleepSpeak™ and the content made available through SleepSpeak™, including audio recordings, written material, branding, graphics and website content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing SleepSpeak™ gives you a personal right to access and use the purchased content. Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.

9. Availability

We aim to keep SleepSpeak™ and purchased content available and functioning properly. From time to time, availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot supply content or services you have paid for, your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.

10. Learning outcomes

Language learning varies between individuals. SleepSpeak™ does not promise fluency, a particular level of Spanish proficiency, or a specific result within a particular period.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate parts of SleepSpeak™, including services for payment processing, website hosting and digital communications.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the SleepSpeak™ Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to SleepSpeak™ or these Terms

We may update SleepSpeak™, its content or these Terms from time to time.

Any changes to subscription pricing or other material subscription terms will be communicated as required by applicable law and will not retrospectively alter a payment already made.

The current version of these Terms will be available on our website with its most recent update date.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer-protection laws where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence.
